If this is taken to the police, Bryce and the others can be charged with Felony Larceny From the Person if they stole the money from Jordan, (Class H felony punishable by up to 30 months in prison) Misdemeanor Larceny if they did not take the money from Jordan’s person, (Class 1 misdemeanor, punishable by 1 – 120 days in jail), Injury to Personal Property (Class 1 misdemeanor if the damage is >$200 punishable by 1 – 120 days in jail, and a Class 2 misdemeanor if the damage is <$200, punishable by 1 – 60 days in jail), and Bullying (Class 1 misdemeanor punishable by 1 – 120 days in jail). 

Bryce and the others are charged in Juvenile Court. Some sentencing options the Judge has in Juvenile Court are: Probation, Secure Treatment Facility, and Juvenile Department of Correction.
