Decision A

CCS district’s policies are for bullying/threatening another student is a Class II Violation.  Punishment can range from 10 day suspension from school to 45-365 day long term suspension at alternative school.   Legally, Alexis could be charged with Simple Assault (Class 2 misdemeanor punishable by 1 – 60 days in jail) and Bullying (Class 1 misdemeanor, punishable by 1 – 120 days in jail).
